Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on orders of $100 or more before taxes + after any applied promotions or discounts.

We currently ship to all 50 States and U.S. territories.

Shipping is calculated at time of checkout and is determined based on location, package weight and size. Cost of shipping includes postage and packaging materials. We do not cover customs, duties or taxes. 

Tracking will be provided once your item has shipped. If ordering multiple items at one time, we will ship these items together as one parcel unless a separate order is placed or if one of the items is a pre-order. These will be shipped separately once available. All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Unfortunately, we cannot cover lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our office and has been received by the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for the package. If your order says it has been delivered but hasn't, if it is not tracking or if you have any issues regarding delivery, please contact the carrier for assistance. They will be able to instruct you on the next steps to take to remedy the situation. 

Taxes

The State of Rhode Island imposes a 7% sales tax obligation for purchases within the state. Exempt items include clothing, shoes, some grocery items + items that qualify as original and limited edition works of art. For purchases made outside of Rhode Island, applicable sales tax may apply based on location.
