About Re:do

You will have the option at checkout to select Free & Easy Return for Store Credit for $1.00 via re:do. By selecting this option, if you need to make a return, you will be provided a shipping label, making returns quick and easy! 

Returns + Store Credit

  • To begin a return, please complete our return form in our Return Portal.  
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery for a store credit minus any shipping fees. We cannot offer a return if it is past the 30 days. 
  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of store credit only, unless a return is due to a defect, damage or if the wrong item was received, in which case a refund may be requested. Please read our defect + damage policy below. 
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used and must have any tags attached and original packaging. Returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and a store credit will not be issued. 
  • Food and sale items are not eligible for return and are final sale. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for shipping charges for returns. 
  • Before returning an item, please complete the returns form in our Return Portal
  • If you selected Re:do coverage at checkout, you will be able to return your item for store credit and will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. If you did not select Re:do, you are still able to initiate a return as normal and can purchase a shipping label through them at a discounted rate.
  • Please Note: We unfortunately can not cover lost or stolen packages and cannot issue a credit if we do not receive your return. Please consider adding tracking and/or insurance to your return. 
  • A credit will be issued once we receive your return, and you will be notified once it has been accepted. If the return is not in acceptable condition, it may be rejected. You will be notified and at this time can request the item be returned to you at your expense. We must have the item in hand before we can issue a store credit. Please Note: The Grey Tree Homestead reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return requirements and conditions.

Exchanges

We do not process online exchanges. Please initiate a return as normal by completing the returns form in our Return Portal and place a new order for the item you would like. Please Note: Since we do not offer refunds, if you would like to use the store credit for the exchange, you may want to place your new order only once we receive your return and post the credit to your account. 

Defects or Damaged Items

  • Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues.
  • All defects and issues must be claimed via our returns form in our Return Portal. 
  • Upon review and approval, you will be issued a refund or store credit, according to what was selected on our return form. 
  • Please Note: We cannot make exceptions if you have had the merchandise in your care for more than the 3 day period, removed tags, washed or worn an item.

Cancellations

  • To cancel an order email info@shopgreytree.com within 1 hour of the order being placed.
  • Cancellation requests received after the 1 hour window cannot be guaranteed and may still ship out per our shipping guidelines.
